Rude and aggressive people. If you are assertive and want things done right, the owner becomes threatening and aggressive. They do everything they can to charge you more money. If you have a choice do not deal with them. If you have to deal with them ask a police officer to meet you there and then inspect your vehicle before you sign anything or give them any money. They only take cash and it has to be exact change. Would give negative stars if allowed.

One really racist towing company. Bad customer service and very bad attitudes to any one you speak to. Be prepared to be back and forth with them. Almost not worth getting your vehicle back dealing with them.

The woman in the office is the rudest person I've ever talked to! She has a bad attitude and very bad customer service!!! They destroyed the inside of my vehicle, claiming they had to search it for weapons... it wouldn't have been so bad of the women from the office wasn't so rude, if you don't like your job quit! If I could give a 0 I would!
