They take your car and don't tell you where they are taking it. And you cannot get a hold of anyone to give you information or find your car. Have a phone line that is unmanned and you cannot leave a message. I emailed them and they did not call back. You are shaken up by an accident and they just come in take your car and don't even give a business card so you know who towed your car.

Prime towing is actually the best ,there is this truck driver who got me last night and he was soo exceptional intact his customer service is excellent,very down to earth and was ever ready to assist me even beyond his scope of work by helping me get stuffs out of my car
