Driver was 2 days late picking up the car. Got my car and there was axle grease hand prints ALL OVER the interior. Both front seats, headliner, back passenger seat, door frames, floor. I mean the driver clearly climbed around the car with filthy hands. When I went to broker TMShipping with the issue all they did was give me the driver's insurance, but insurance won't do anything because the damages are less than $1000. Getting any kind of conversation going with the driver's company Ant Army Logistics, LLC out of Katy TX is a joke. Called the ONLY working number for them and it's some guy who answers the phone, leave the call live while he goes and does other things, like he is butt answering you or something. I mean I can clean the hard plastics myself, but the cloth and headliner... that needs professional work, and I'm left with the bill.
