I was forced to go with this company because I was out of service and the highway patrolman called the owner to tow my vehicle. Let me just start by saying this is the worst towing company I have ever delt with! The owner has been nothing but difficult from the very start. He was insanely hard to get ahold of and when I could get ahold of him he told me to call him back on Monday that when his business was open at 9am. He screamed multiple times at my husband who was just trying to get information about costs. He blocked my husbands phone number after stating that he would only deal with me. When I set up a time to pay and retrieve my vehicle he had me sitting for a hour and a half. Made weird comments about how he wasn't doing anything illegal which made me super uncomfortable. Overall, I will never recommend this tow carrier! I am just completely baffled by the lack of customer service when I have been nothing but understanding and accommodating towards his demands. I hope no one else has to deal with this horrible business!

VB Towing came to our rescue! We had a complicated towing situation, pickup,5th wheel and boat. We also had our dog with us. We were stuck on the side of a very busy highway on a wet, cold, breezy June afternoon. Our insurance company referred us to VB Towing. Adam was prompt to respond and very thorough in figuring out how to help us. He was so kind, professional and took every detail into consideration to help us. We had a disastrous day turn out to be a wonderful opportunity to meet such caring and careful businessman. Adam got us to the shop safely and then went back and towed our trailer and boat to our home. He didn't stop there! He helped park the trailer and boat effortlessly on the RV pad. Thank you for saving the day!

We were stranded without phone service. They had a hard time finding us since we were in the mountains, but they stuck with it until they found us and got us to the dealership. Friendly and helpful. Super nice folks! I'll gladly use their services again. :)
