TAJ EXPRESS DELIVERY DAMAGED FREIGHT DURING TRANSPORTATION AND FAILED TO INFORM US. ONCE CUSTOMER LET US KNOW WE STARTED THE CLAIM PROCESS WITH THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY WITCH CAME BACK DENIED. WE HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT TAJ EXPRESS DELIVERY REGARDING CLAIM ON WHICH NOW THEY ARE UNRESPONSIVE. NOW CUSTOMER IS UPSET WITH US AND MAY DECIDE TO DROP US ALL TOGETHER. BEWARE OF GIVING FREIGHT TO TAJ EXPRESS DELIVERY DUE TO THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

DAMAGED MY CAR, WON"T PAY. TAJ express delivery transported my car and did minor ($600) damage. They promised in writing to pay. 5 months later and after more than 50 phone calls and several emails and complaints to the Florida Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and their insurance company no response and no payment. Would not recommend.
