This company is a SCAM! They left us sitting for over 5 HOURS waiting for a tow! I called numerous times and then they stopped answering their phones. We arranged a tow at 1022 am! Dream Towing told us at 1130 we were NEXT and then at 1152 told us on the phone they were coming from Bradenton and it would be 30 more minutes. The DELAYS went on for HOURS! Finally at the 5 hour mark, we scrapped the idea of having Chevrolet Roadside Assistance and DREAM TOWING ever show up and we hired a private towing company that came within 20 minutes to get us! So after 51/2 hours we left and it was ONLY THEN that DREAM TOWING that had left us STRANDED decided to call to let me know they finally arrived! YOU LEFT US STRANDED! This is the most UNCONSCIONABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL TOWING COMPANY I have ever encountered! YOU refused to answer the phone, made promises you never kept and your staff are INCOMPETENT at best! Shame on you for leaving people stranded. I just hope you end up going out of buisness because I will be posting my FIRST HAND ACCOUNT of your HORRIFIC SERVICE on every platform I can post this at! Shame on YOU! @Dream Towing LLC DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! EVER!! I am furious I have to give a star. This company deserves NEGATIVE STARS!

Dream Towing (or whatever he has changed the name to this time) is a complete scam. Kareem "operates" this business from a house in a gated community that is owned by someone else.. similar set-up in numerous states.. Because of how automated most insurance companies are, they pick the cheapest tow company. That's Dream Towing. Of course, he never shows up and tries to claim a payment for service from the insurance company. Instead of tracking this shadow scammer down, they walk away with their loss and the customers ends up waiting forever for service. This type of practice runs rampant throughout the United States. Wealthy insurance companies just ignore the insignificant financial loss and these criminals continue to thrive from it.

I wish I could give this company negative stars! My wife got into a bad car accident and our car was up on a concrete barrier, our insurance company contacted this company and we waited and waited. The other vehicle in the accident was quickly picked up by a different towing company and luckily he gave us his business card. I tried calling the number they gave me to get a status and it was never picked up and their voicemail was never set up, so I could not even leave a message to call me back. So we continued to wait for a few more hours, finally after 2 1/2 hours we called the insurance company back and complained and told them to cancel Dream (Nightmare) Towing and instead we called the tow driver for the other vehicle. And he came within 30 minutes and towed our car to the shop. And after 3 and 1/2 hours after they were called and the car was at the auto body shop already the tow truck driver texted me and asked me where the car was? I explained what had happened and that we had called to cancel and his response "LOL". Terrible service and company, avoid at all costs!

Dream Towing backed up onto my neighbors yard and proceeded to remove his vehicles. They were not repo's (1993 and a 1994). The driver said that the towing company owned the vehicles. The driver said that he had contacted his boss and the boss would be contacting owner of vehicles. That has not happened. When owner of vehicles tried to call the number on the vehicle, he did not receive an answer. He should have been able to contact someone as to where the vehicles were to be taken. According to the driver, his boss bought vehicles for NOEL but could not produce proof of ownership. Driver also claimed boss had bought real-estate. The driver was very unprofessional and rude at best. He made no effort to knock on the door to let the resident know he was picking up vehicles. Even if he believed the fairy tale he was telling, common courtesy would dictate that you don't drive up on someone's lawn and remove property without letting someone know you are there. The driver could not produce anything but a list on his phone of vehicles to pick up. BIG RED FLAG. If I could rate at a minus ten that is what they would receive. Had to give one star to be able to submit

Excellent Service. Earl went out of his way to help us from the time we were stranded to the time we got back on the road. I could not have asked for a better and more helpful tow truck. I've never had service that good. Highly recommend!!!!
