PLEASE READ HONEST REVIEW!!!
This was my second time shipping a car across the country the first time was a breeze. (Used a different company) this time I went through a broker who supplied me with piglet sound. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The 2 dispatch ladies one is Mary I forgot the other lady’s name but they were beyond rude & not helpful. The day my car was scheduled to be picked up I was given 4 different time slots which began at 8am. My car was not picked up until after 6 pm. That day. I literally waiting’s in my car all day for them to arrive. Lastly the delivery situation has been a bad experience also. I have a GPS tracker on my phone. The driver f he as been less than an hour away from my delivery location for over 12 hours yet continues to say there’s no estimated delivery time. It has taken my car approximately 8 days to be delivered from Seattle WA to Atlanta GA. I will never use or fe come d this company in the future. As I type this I still have yet to receive my car. Totally unacceptable. I’m a busy person and 8 days w/o my car is insane & also not knowing when to expect my car is worse.
