Worst service ever. My road side assistance contacted them. Original time was 2hrs which was absurd considering I was 15mins away. At 2 1/2 I called & was told another hr. At 3hrs driver called saying another 1 to 2 hrs. Apparently the dispatcher knew driver had 3 people in front of me & first one was all the way in New Orleans over an hr away one way. Instead of turning down call knowing they couldn’t handle it she took the call.
