10 stars is not enough. After being ghosted and lied to by Nexus we contacted Cree who came recommended by Gateway Classic Cars. We reached out to them after hours on Friday and by Saturday noon we had our pick up scheduled for that afternoon. We did pay a premium to get it picked up that day but that was our choice. Customer contact was amazing. Very fast to respond to every call and text. Their BOL allowed you to track your driver's progress. Our transport was over 2000 miles from Southern California to Indiana. Bekzat was our driver. I would absolutely use him again.
