This site requires a minimum of 1 star. Make no mistake about it, this company doesn’t deserve any stars. The first red flag, this company screens its calls. What reputable company does that? Smh. Secondly, the driver Jamal embodies unprofessionalism at its finest. I was notified from the carrier that my car would be picked up before 4pm on Friday June 5,2020. Jamal calls me at 11:04am on Friday and ask if it’s ok to pick up my car the following day Saturday June 6, 2020 as he is scheduled to pick up another car. I say no problem and inquire about at time to ensure someone should be home. Jamal starts talking in circles and says he can’t give a time. Saturday comes I call him at 1:49pm he doesn’t answer I leave a message inquire about a pick up window. I call him back at 2:56pm and that’s when the scumbag notifies me that he cancelled my order. He had no intentions of picking up my vehicle in the first place. I can NOT and will NOT recommend this company in good conscious. Please people, do yourself a favor and go with a different carrier. Jamal is unprofessional. The company screening its calls speaks volumes. Lesson learned!
