Driver is rude and disrespectful. He cancelled a delivery he promised to pick up and have delivered today! Never going with this Tony guy ever again! He yelled at me and told me he did not work for me but I’m the one paying him? WORST DRIVER

Driver is the owner of carrier. He said delivery would be delayed because his truck had mechanical problems. Driver said his truck was being serviced at a specific dealership. Anticipated 1 day delay became a 3 day delay. The service dept at the dealership confirmed the carrier's truck and car hauler was *not* there and had never been there. Driver became very angry when he was told that dealership had been called. Driver first accused the dealership of lying then eventually said, "OK, I'm lying." Driver was still angry and said I had disrespected him by checking his story. After this, the driver repeatedly promised to deliver the next day but then did not deliver. This continued for 3 more days. When asked why he was repeatedly failing to deliver as promised, he threatened to leave the cargo on the side of the highway. The Broker had to get involved. Driver kept cargo for over a week and only delivered when told that cargo would be reported stolen the next day. After finally delivering, the driver said he had intentionally delayed delivery to punish me for disrespecting him.
