Do not use this company! They picked our car up 3 days after they promised, then Eric (the owner & driver) gave us no communication as to when he would arrive. My husband reached out to him and he finally told us that he would be arriving at 2pm. He called us at 1:40pm and told us that he had arrived, then repeatedly called us and asked where we were. Even though he was 20 minutes early. Finally at 2:03pm he called and said he had to leave and go to Florida for his next drop off and he would be back in a week with our car! When we pulled up at 2:08pm he was putting our car back onto the truck and refused to take it off. He cussed at my husband and got into his face and tried to almost fight him. After a 20 minute screaming session he FINALLY took our car off the bed of his transportation truck. I reached out to him afterwards, but he repeatedly hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
