I placed an order and canceled it in 5 minutes after i paid , when i asked them to refund my account , they said that they dispatched while my notes / emails / texts said that no one was dispatched until an hour and a half later . I sent many messages to Nathan and i have numerous texts to him and it seems that they really need the 150.00 deposit badly that they feel its ok to steal it from people that they dont end up providing the service to . Bad look for a business .

365 damaged a Jeep Grand Wagoneer and a claim has been filed but the carrier is not responding or submitting the required documents for the claim to be processed.

First they broker out my car transport to an uninsured firm who actually double brokers it out to another uninsured and illegally registered trucking company that stole the identity of another company. They show up and won't take the car off the trailer. I won't pay they until they do. The driver takes off and is now trying to extort money from me to get the car. He sends me a photo of the car sitting in a field with the windows open. I was trying to deal with the owner of 365 Car Transport, Kelly, who promised a lot but delivered nothing. Then an arm breaker named Bob called and rough talked me then told me they were going to do nothing and I am on my own! Gotta love South Florida. 365 Car Transport is the one that negligently brokered the move to an uninsured and improperly registered broker, which is illegal. Now they will do nothing. Stay away from these people!
