1 star because 0 was not an option . Don’t do business with this company they took a tow call from roadside assistance for my sons motorcycle were not really equipt for picking up a bike . After being 3 hours late and the dealer was now closed so they took the bike to their yard for the night which was an hour and a half the wrong direction from the original destination of the tow call and “ held it hostage “ over an inflated payment they asked for All leading to them refusing to deliver it and a real company being dispatched who actually got it done in just a few hours … don’t call these clowns for anything if you care about your vehicle.

Stuck in the snow for over 4 hours!! Was told a truck would be to me in 40mins, then they called and said it would be another 30mins.. thats fine I understand sometimes things fall behind. My issue was that THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Didn’t even call to update me, they didn’t answer the phone for the several calls that I made and they never text back even though they instruct customers to text them!!! Would never recommend them. If you are in a hard place do not rely on them to help you!!! Absolutely trash towing company!!!
