Same review as everyone else, complete scammers and trash humans. Can’t explain reason for tow, so the guy steals and threatens. Worst part is, they tow cars from registered guests at motels . The demographic at Motel 6 is already struggling, what makes them think they can now afford a tow? Go steal from the real housewives of SLC, not your peers who are just trying to get to work and out of motels! The truck is unmarked and the phone # is just the guys cell, not even attempting to be a reputable business. Pretty sure they give the motel 6 night manager a cut too, they know what they’re doing is dirty. No paperwork, case #, nothing on file with tow.utah.gov…just straight up filthy theives.

This tow company is the absolute worst. They should be ashamed of themselves. Marcus lies to you and is terrible at communication. My car was towed from my own parking spot at my own apartment complex. He acts like he will help you and work with you but he is a scumbag scammer.

This tow company sucks the owner is also the dispatcher but she's useless she lets her driver Marcus talk to her how ever he wants he even lies and tells customers he's a part owner, if you file a complaint against him he calls you to threaten you and ties to fight you. He's a scumbag and the owner protects him beware they'll damage your vehicle and won't take accountability.
