I am an auto broker who sells new cars to customers Nationwide. I hired El Travieso Auto Transport to haul a customer's 2019 Audi Q7 from Colorado to New York. Not only did they deliver the car 4 days late due to "issues with the truck," they did not deliver the car to the agreed upon address either. Instead, they called my customer and asked him to meet them at a random address in a bad part of the Bronx NY after dark. My customer waited 45 minutes for them to show up, but they never did, nor did they answer any of his calls or texts. He finally texted the driver his home address and basically told them to bring the car there or take it back to Colorado. They eventually delivered the car later that night, but they refused to take responsibility for the delay and would not discount their fee for my customer. El Travieso Auto Transport has absolutely terrible business ethics, do not use this company!
