They do not have an email so cannot send this directly, but they need to learn to use the correct tie downs to secure a vehicle. Using a standard strap wrapped around the wheel and only one point of contact per wheel to the deck. When vehicle stopped the car strapped on rolled atleast 3 feet forward and back a few times as it was not strapped on place. Kinda scary.
