They were scheduled to pick up and transport my 37ft Cruisers Yacht from Tarpon Springs to Jacksonville on Friday, 11/12/21. They were advised the business closes at 4:30pm, however, Yuri (owner) made arrangements with the point of contact at the business to extend hours until 5:30. Then it changed to 6:30. They did not show up until after that when everyone was gone. Then Yuri wanted me to pay for hotel expenses for the driver to stay overnight to be loaded at 7am Saturday morning. Because I refused to pay for hotel accommodations, Yuri says they won't do it because he (Yuri, not the driver) has to go to New York and wants to reschedule for next Wednesday. Had your driver left West Palm Beach in a timely manner, we would not be here. I know things happen but nothing happened in this case except your driver was very tardy. You can't leave WPB at almost 1pm pulling a 48ft trailer and expect to get to Tarpon Springs by 5:30 with traffic everywhere! Its a 4.5 hour trip! No thank you, I will not reschedule with your company due to your unprofessionalism, poor planning and very poor business ethics.

Please beware of this company and the owner. We had an arrangment to transport my boat and I paid upfront - when it came time to transport my boat, all I got was a bunch of stories and excuses - This lasted for over a month and I had to make other arrangments - Its been 8 months, no refund, and my attorney is preparing to go to court in South Florida to get the money owed me. Please know this is not a real or reputable company - Its one guy with one truck and one trailer - Totally dishonest and you shouldn't trust him with your boat. Please do your homework when selecting a boayt hauler, There's plenty of reputable haulers out there and you should stay clear of this company.
