Saw driver (white male with beard) staring down at his phone for long periods of time without even looking up while riding north on the NJ Turnpike at around 5 PM on Saturday, September 16, 2023. He was driving a blue truck/cab with "E.B.C. NYC" on the side (USDOT #3409881) which carried a trailer with multiple cars. The guy was staring at his phone more than he was staring at the road and was looking down at his phone for long periods of time and typing on his phone, only glancing up at the road periodically. I will never understand how a human being could be so selfish and careless as to risk the lives of others for his own entertainment. When he smashes into a minivan and kills somebody's family he will act like he's so sorry although he clearly does not care enough not to risk the lives of others. I have a video of this and will try to figure out how I can report this, though I'm sure nothing will be done until this maniac kills someone.
