I would give 0 stars if permitted to. Astra Lines Inc. picked up my car on 6/8 in Arizona and were supposed to deliver it to Virginia by 6/11-6/12.
As of 6/18, they've gone dark and are providing no updates. Last we were able to determine, they were claiming their trailer/my car was at a trailer repair place in Charlotte, NC, but when I called it wasn't there. We later determined they'd taken my car to a neighborhood in Philadelphia, PA.
As of now, I've filed a police report for the stolen vehicle. DO NOT USE ASTRA LINES, INC. for anything. They are thieves and will stop taking your calls/texts. Their driver has never ONCE answered his phone and doesn't have voice mail set up. They are a fly-by-night shady company.

I caught these guys in multiple lies. Was supper to pick up on a Tuesday and deliver on a Thursday. Kept lying about pick it up and finally let me know the following Sunday that they still hadn’t picked it up and had no plans to pick it up.

Horrible company. Damaged my vehicle and refused to provide us with repairs or insurance information even though we have proof and documents. Hire someone else.
