The driver went off the road, was 12 days late, driving without insurance, got his truck impounded, and then drove my car 300 miles. Once he finally delivered the car it was damaged and he was rude. Do not use!

Trucker and dispatch are almost never reachable. They don’t communicate delays nor give true estimates. They picked up my car 5 days after they were supposed to and my car has been in transit for 11 days now. I’m still not sure when it will be delivered. Absolute trash customer service. Will never be doing business with them again

The driver was involved in an accident, got my car impounded for 12 days, drove it 300 miles and damaged it, and refused to accept responsibility for any of it. All while refusing to communicate with me or tell me where my car was located. Do not use this company!

the most irresponsible and disrespectful company is this RG Car Transport assigned a car to pick it up in las vegas nevada was paid with cashier check collection rl money made the delivery late and does not want to pay the broker fee eye do not get scammed for this company they do not pay the broker fee and they disrespect their clients
