DO NOT EVER use this company to transport your vehicle. PENA Towing was hired by Montway Auto Transport to ship my car from Pennsylvania to Florida. When my 2017 Nissan Maxima bumper car arrived in Florida; I was called to come pick up my car and I actually watched the transport driver drive my car off the carrier dragging my front bumper against the ramps causing deep scratches. The driver tried to pretend he did not drag the bumper. Then the owner of the company and another person attempted to tell me my car was already damaged. Plus, they said it wasn’t like the car was new — basically what’s the big deal. My car only had 29,000 miles on it and is garaged kept in great condition. They then tried to offer me $200 for the damages. They refuse to take ownership of the damage and fix my bumper. I am sure other cars have been damaged by the incompetent company and driver without other customers knowledge. Stay away from these scam artist.
