This company picked up my car a day late. When I contacted them I was told that the truck had issues, then I was told the truck had DOT registration issues, then I was told it would be at my house the next day. After two more days I asked for a photo of my car on the carrier. I received a photo of my damaged car with an apology and a promise to have it to me the next day. I received the car the next day and it was deemed a total loss. They gave me insurance info that was bogus and I could not get them to pay for my loss. I do not know how they are still in business if they continue doing this to their customers. I am still dealing with my insurance and have yet to be compensated for my loss. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

100% horrible experience!! this company damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility for it! When I tried to resolve it all they did was give me the run around and fake phone number! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BULLSHIT TRUCKING COMPANY!!

They were dispatched a car on Central Dispatch on 1/11/2021. They assured us it would be delivered on 1/12/2021. Days passed by and we had tried to call and text every contact number we had on this company. As of January 18, 2021 we began calling them yet again, we were even going so far if we had not heard from them today, we were going to report the car stolen. Had to text from a different number for them to respond. Told them they needed to contact us immediately or we were going to report the car as stolen. Within 10 minutes someone finally called us back. Said the car would be here this afternoon. They said their driver was in jail that is why they couldn’t bring the vehicle. But not one time did they pick up the phone and update us on any issues. I wouldn’t recommend this company for any reason! Horrible service!

This company is trash. I placed an order with a broker and they used this company. The broker is phenomenal and has always been polite and cordial. My car was supposed to be picked up 10/12 and I was supposed to receive it on 10/15. When I called the broker I had already spoken to the dispatch of this company and they assured me the car was on its way. I called the broker many times and the same thing they would tell me they would tell the broker. Another day goes by and instead of being honest and truthful from the beginning they admit they never picked up the car. It took their dispatch 4 days to say they were never delivering my car because they never picked it up. They are liars, scammers and beyond unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM CUSTOMERS BEWARE. THEY ARENT TRUST WORTHY.

Horrible customer service, dont bother using them. They overcharged than normal prices as others were not available so I had no choice to use them. They told me they would arrive at a certain time but arrived 3 hours later without calling ahead and letting me know they would be late so they messed up my schedule. Also their English is horrendous so if you dont speak spanish dont bother using them.
