Movers arrived late- scheduled 6:30pm, they arrived at 8:30pm. We were understanding because it rained. The movers took 3 hours to pack a bedroom (bed, night stands, dresser, vanity) Livingroom (couch, 2 tables) Dinning room (table, 4 chairs, bench) One white closet and TV. Movers did not have enough materials to pack everything so some items were unpacked. The movers moved slow and ate their pizza. We were understanding because they said they worked from 7am. We tried to be very patient and didn't think it was their fault and the company should have sent more people and a bigger truck. The movers would take 10 minutes to figure out how to put everything in the tiny van they brought. By the time we got to the other apartment it was 12:30am!! Then they had to go back and get the rest of the stuff that didn't fit in the tiny van the first time. By the time they came back and put everything it was 4:30am!!!! My husband and I were setting things up ourselves in the new apartment to save time and just told them to leave the boxes in the kitchen and we moved it later ourselves. We ended up paying $950!!!!!! $950!!!!!! When we called to complain, they informed us that we actually have to speak to the movers...yes...the ones we felt bad for and were so nice to...the ones who were complaining about the company...turned out to be the ones in charge. And they would not give us any refund because "we already paid the guys" Also, our adjustable bed was hooked up wrong and a bolt is missing. Also, we tipped them each $30! I just hope Karma comes around....
