I would watch this company very closely. The repoed my truck 9/2/20. They were very nice and professional, at the time. I knew I would be getting the truck back so I didn’t clear my tool box out however I did lock it. They saw me do it. I told the two guys I had everything out I needed. They told me the truck would be held in Kingman. WRONG!!! It was picked up by an auto transport truck within days and sent to Phoenix to an auction house. I picked the truck up this morning, 9/11/20, 9 days after it was taken, and noticed what I left in the cab was missing. I then checked to make sure the tools box was still locked and guess what, it was unlocked and everything in it was gone. Heavy duty jumper cables GONE!!!, a dozen light duty, medium duty, and heavy duty ratchet straps GONE!!! A new bottle jack, GONE!!! Miscellaneous small tools, GONE!!! Missing inside the cab were the registration papers, insurance cards, my Bluetooth connector, and a 6’ Apple lighting charging cord. The auction house, the transport company, and even the title company that requested the repo said I should contact the original tow company. I did just that and guess what they said??? Yep, they know nothing. Everyone I talked to said the original tow company are the ones that would have taken the items and they SHOULD have put them in a bag or box and held them for a certain amount of days. Well, they didn’t. I can only assume the kept my stuff which is otherwise known as theft. It wasn’t more than a couple $200-‘$300 worth of items but it its the principle of the whole thing. I wouldn’t trust this company as far as I could throw them. They were so nice in the beginning. Oh well. Lesson learned. Trust no one and clean out EVERYTHING you don’t want taken.
