We got to go out of town this past weekend. It was a great trip! It was made even better when we woke up Sunday morning to 4-6 inches of snow and couldn't get out of the driveway 🤭. The tow company couldn't get us down the mountain so they took us to a hotel in town. They were awesome! SX4 Towing & Recovery Company were dynamite! They offered to get us groceries and firewood and ultimately got us safely down the mountain and to a hotel. They have stayed in touch with us this week to make sure we got our car out. They went above and beyond, by far the best customer service I've ever had!

Hands down the best experience that I ever had getting my car towed. Donna and Debra truly went above and beyond to help me get out of what I know was a very difficult situation, this was after I was already told by another local tow company that it couldn't be done. They truly know what they're doing and make sure that every option is tried. I don't know what I would have done without them

Minus 10 stars.... My insurance retained this company for a simple tow. Received via text of Eta after a hour after his eta had passed . I was told " I have canceled the tow" I said so why not text me or call me so I could arrange something different . After the repetitive " I am sorry crap" I asked his why was I not relevant enough"? Sorry mam I told him I was gonna file a complaint . It as we all know with heat index was well over 100 degrees . I don't know if it's because I am a older female and tends to ask what a lot . But this was so unfair and wrong . So if a persons word is not enough of a warranty what do we have left. He had no problem excepting the money for the tow. Thanks for listening to my rant.
