A broker set up this company to pick up a car from auto auction. The truck has not been delivered, with no return response phones calls, texts, and emails from owner Eric and driver. Now I have to get police and insurance companies involved. I hope to find it in the great condition that it was picked up. PLEASE, DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR VEHICLE AGAIN. Want to save you a headache.

If you want a company that over promises and under delivers and is horrible at communicating then look no further than Campbell Auto Transport I’m writing this review because there were no reviews before I used this unprofessional incompetent outfit. I was told my vehicle would be delivered on a certain day and it unfortunately it still hasn’t been delivered. My biggest issue isn’t the failed timeline but the complete lack of communication and willingness to engage in communication and status updates. I still cannot get an ETA on the vehicle. Complete radio silence since our text exchange in the AM. I was finally able to get a response around 4:30pm but with no information. Apparently their drivers do not carry cell phones or have gps to give customers approximate ETAs. Unbelievable how unprofessional and incompetent this outfit is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Was ran off the road by one of the most aggressive drivers I’ve ever encountered. Luckily they have dash cam of it. He was carrying a bunch of cars can’t believe how aggressive he was. No one should feel comfortable shipping an automobile with these guys.

SCAM! Never work with this carrier. Extremely rude. Doesn't listen to reason. What's worst - he is threatening brokers with negative reviews if they don't pay him for what they are not at fault. Stay away from this SCAM!
