Ordered door to door delivery. Viktor dropped my car in a parking lot and left the keys underneath it. When I was finally able to secure my car, it was damaged. Multiple dents and scratches. Viks refused to give me their insurance information and denied any responsibility for the damage. In hindsight, it explains why they left it in a parking lot with the keys under it... because they knew they damaged it and they didn't want to face me and have me actually sign for the car like I was supposed to per the contract. Unprofessional con artist.
