Very bad experience with this company. They were towing a car for us and damaged it in the process. They declined to pay the damages or even provide the insurance information. Very unprofessional, do not trust with your car to this company.

Mlisima experiencia con esta gente, irresponsables, incumplidores, nos mientieron diciendo que recogieron nuestro auto y fue mentira, la mujer que esta de operadora es una falta de respeto, nos hicieron perder dinero y tiempo por mentirosa/ Terrible experience with these people, irresponsible, non-compliant, they lied to us saying that they picked up our car and it was a lie, the woman who is the operator is disrespectful, they made us lose money and time for being a liar

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Driver and dispatcher were terrible at keeping us posted on where the load was at. They changed the delivery day and time frame 3 times, and ended up delivering the load at 9:30 pm which was very inconvenient for the client, causing a bad experience, leaving a bad perception of our company. Wouldnt recommend! Terrible experience.
