This company transported my car from California to Florida. They caused a damage to driver side door when opening door. The damages were over $1,000. They acknowledged it when it was delivered. They said they would note it on BOL. They did not and when I pursued it they gave excuses to pay and it has been months and my car is yet to be repaired due to no receipt of payment. If they are insured why didn’t they file a claim and pay for my repairs? I would not trust them to ship your car. They do not stand behind their word. I had to choose one star in order to post this.

Fred the transporter was a real nice professional individual to deal with!! He was prompt professional courteous and messaged me along the way. He transported my 2018 minivan from Houston Texas all the way to Scottsdale Arizona dealership. And it was literally a door to door keys in hand white glove delivery service.
