Manager Helen- I explained to her that her company sent me a text saying I could take up to 100 lbs of personal item. I called the company to make sure, because the SGT company said no personal items. Since Elite was taking care of the car I believed them. Helen said the text was sent by mistake. Now, I have to pay another 100.00 go to Milton to pick up my stuff. I would not have to do all this extra work if they didn’t send me the text. She said it basically was not their fault. Very disappointed! She told me I should have called SGT and not believe them. How would I have known to do that. The 2 companies need to be in the same page. Very disappointed in the Manager.
