Horrible experience and complete lack of customer care. Vehicle was picked up 36 hours late street multiple promises to pick up sooner. Vehicle was damaged during transit. Carrier lied and tried to manipulate the way that the vehicle was damaged she refused to take any responsibility for damage to my car. I contacted their insurance who was unable to help me due to the damage to the car being below the companies deductible. The company called the broker three way calling and aggressively argued with the broker in a very unprofessional manner with me on the line. The company delivered the car in the middle of a busy Highway on what should have been a painted island where I let them know that I did not feel safe. The company refused to move to a safe location to unload the vehicle. If I could give 0 stars I defiantly would.
