Poor review. Tow truck driver let windows down on vehicle to tow it- he did not secure windows- left my car parked over weekend at dealer where he dropped it off. It rained horrible this past weekend in the Chicago area. Inside of car soaked. This tow company is refusing to call me back or get water cleaned from car. Terrible

PLEASE WARN ANYONE WHO MAY CONSIDER USING THIS CON OF A BUSINESS read the google reviews and know THEY WILL NEVER TOW OR ASSIST YOU IN ANY WAY. WE waited 4 hours in freezing cold, they showed looked at vehicle and said NO JUMP. wth? our roadside assistance assigned them to us for a tow to a nearby mechanic after a car accident. THE GUY DROVE AWAY! they reported the tow as completed to our insurance co. When we repeatedly tried to reach them - the office then hangs up on you. SCAM ALERT!!!! shut them down (A progressive ins referral)
