RUDE! I called this company because I needed a flat tire changed. The dispatcher told me there was a 3 hour wait. I asked if she could refer me to another towing company. She said I was not her problem and hung up on me. When I called back she said the wait would be 4 hours and to not call again. Very rude and unprofessional woman.

I’m giving it 10 starts for sure because I’m very thankful for the help I’ve received and I’m very impressed by their service. I received excellent service and care from Central Florida Wrecker Service LLC yesterday. The business owner (unfortunately I’m not sure of his name) was very polite and professional and took great care of my car. He has not just brought my car to my house but also moved it into the garage! Again – I’m very happy customer of Central Florida Wrecker Service LLC! Highly recommended!!

We had one of your guys move our pontoon to Lake Seminole this past Saturday and we couldn't have been more happy. He went out of his way to help my husband guide our pontoon out of the carport , then he took his time to make sure our boat was secured onto his truck before driving. Then he helped guide the trailer back it into the lake. We would most definitely recommend Central Florida Wrecker.
