I had my car shipped from Florida to Illinois, these guys are AWESOME!!! Can’t describe how good they were with updates and the communication all the way through, will use them next year for my way back

PrimeWay auto left my car in a terrible condition, burned out my clutch, and called me a liar. They are refusing to give me any compensation for burning out my clutch. My car is now inoperable and I have to pay a mechanic to install a brand new clutch kit. The lady I talked to on the phone treated me like I was lying about everything. I have video evidence of the driver operating my car in a way that burns the clutch out. I also paid extra to have my car shipped in an enclosed trailer. Upon arrival my car was completely dirty and did not look the same way as when I let them pick it up. On the exterior there are greasy fingerprints everywhere. On the interior my wooden shifter has gone from a light wood to a black because of how dirty it is. My door and seat were dirty too. I added one photo of the car interior 1 hour before they took it just for reference. These people do not care about your car, only the money you pay them.
