BEWARE!! Stay Far Far Away from this company! They damaged my son’s car. Nearly $7k and that’s without knowing if there’s any mechanical damage! It’s been about a month and my son’s car is still damaged, not drivable and he’s been without a car! This company has stopped returning calls and messages! Claims their insurance is handling it an NO call from their insurance either. I’d be happy to share the video of the whole incident with anyone who wants to see what they did and how they don’t know what they’re doing with loading cars! All I can say is you’re taking a massive risk using this trucking company!

Dispatcher said to expect the driver in 4-5 hours, 7pm Sat night. Driver never showed up, I was never able to get through to dispatch. Left a few VMs. Heard nothing from them until Monday afternoon saying that a driver was coming in 30 minutes. Communication is abysmal. Look, things happen, that's fine, just communicate things. They seem sketch, please go elsewhere.

My Tues @ 3 pickup turned into 6 turned into 9 turned into 1030 turned into Wed morning. My Thurs evening expected delivery was delayed because a police DOT issue, Fri was delayed because the truck broke, Sat was delayed because the trailer broke, and the Sun by noon promise turned into 1030pm delivery all with ZERO communication about any of these issues until I made inquiries when expected times were not met. If you want a miserable experience where most can't speak english w/o google translate, little to no communication, and your car to get delivered 3 days after promised...these are the right guys. Otherwise find someone...anyone else.

I ended up booking these guys through a car shipping broker. The gentlemen showed up on time called two hour prior so the shipper can be ready. Then they called me to let me know they had the car loaded and their ETA. Two days later as promised I got a text letting me know they were 2.5 hours away and it was perfect. I did have to meet the driver down the road because I live on a dead end street it would be difficult for them to maneuver a car trailer. Met the guy gave him payment as quoted and left. I have no complaints and the price I was told was the price I paid.

This company agree to one price then held my truck until I paid them double the price then had to pay a storage fee and repo fee then they stole over 1000.00 $ in my truck I will never use these people ever again I dont recommend them they lie and still and never answer your call they set my family and I back had no money for three weeks I told them I was on a budget and they didn’t care

This transport company is awful. They have had my car on their truck for 4 going in 5 days now and the driver hasn't reached out to me once. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and it's now Tuesday. Truck broke down and they couldn't get it repaired for 2 days. Been told twice it was coming but I'm still waiting for it. No communication which blows my mind considering I just dropped 50K on this car and I don't even know where it is because the driver doesn't know how to pick up a phone and call or text me. RIDICULOUS

Union Five is bait and switch double broker scam company. Very expensive compared to everyone. And they pretend they don't get paid and then threaten to impound the car until double paid. They also refuse to resolve any concerns after many weeks of suffering. Avoid being involved!

Writing this review because I heavily relied on them during the process of transporting my car. Union Five was found by the broker I went with, Sherpa. Union Five did an AMAZING job communicating with both Sherpa and me during the transportation of my car. They didn't have electronic tracking, but I was able to receive updates via text message. They were VERY responsive and communicative. My car arrived in one piece which I am very happy about. On the expected day of drop off (2 days after picking it up and a cross country drive which is impressive), their truck broke down. They then expected the car to be delivered two days later. This was no problem as it was very much still in the expected delivery date range. Both the company and Sherpa notified me of this situation which shows how communicative they are. However, Union Five managed to get it onto another truck and it was delivered that night. One thing I learned from this process is that you need to be flexible. I received a phone call 15 minutes prior to pick up and 45 minutes prior to drop off so be ready at all times within the date range for pick up and delivery. Also, if the truck is too big to pick up/drop off your car on your street, expect to meet somewhere nearby. These are all things your broker should tell you ahead of time though, so it wasn't a surprise for me. If your broker assigns Union Five as the transporter for your vehicle, it is in great hands. One thing I do want to mention though so that it isn't a surprise, there is a language barrier with the truck drivers. I encourage you to look at it with an open mind. Despite this, communication was still amazing, the people were extremely friendly, and they delivered the service VERY well.

they delivery a bmw to my shop and lost the title during the transport NO ONE GETS RESPONSABLE FOR THE TITLE NEVER // WE TRY TO CONTACT THEM MORE THEN 10 TIMES AND NO SOLUTION WAS TAKEN NO RESPONSABLE COMPANY I DONT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very poor communication throughout the whole process. I was told pick up was Saturday and they showed up unannounced on Sunday. I was told they’d deliver Friday around 5pm, then I didn’t hear from them and couldn’t get ahold of them until Saturday morning. Also, they ruined my truck bed cover in the process of transporting.

Just had this company booked after I agreed to their price increase. They were going to pick up my vehicle in an hou. 2 hours later I find out, not from them but the broker, that they canceled the order. Apparently when I called they explained how this isn't a big deal and it happens all the time.
