This whole process of working with this company to get my car transported has been a nightmare. Gabriel, the driver arrived to my place on August 4th, 2023 to pick up my car to start his travel. The actual set date for pickup was August 5th, 2023 but he came early. Loaded my car on the trailer with other vehicles he was transporting and told me my car would delivered August 6th, 2023 in Washington state. Well, as you can imagine that did not happen. He had multiple flat tires on the trailer and/or truck, weight compliance issue with DOT, and air conditioning unit went out. My car did not make it to me until Wednesday morning, three days after he assured me my vehicle would be delivered on time. He managed to lock my keys in my vehicle which I had to contact road side assistance to take care of that at some point during the trip. He was so nice and friendly at the time of picking up my vehicle and loading it onto the trailer. By the time he arrived in Washington state, all that nice boy stuff was gone. He claimed his boss instructed him to take payment before he dropped my vehicle off. But on that Friday night when he came to pick it up, he said to pay him in cash after he unload my vehicle off the trailer. Every day leading up to me actually getting my vehicle from Gabriel was unsettling. I had to reserve a rental for three days due to not having my car as initially stated to have it. He texting me talking about his darn a/c went out and I don't care anything about that. I just wanted my car as soon as possible. It went from a trusting situation to I will never utilize this company again nor recommend it to anyone.
