Love this guy! Long story short: I locked myself out of my car by accident. My insurance company failed. It was two hours before the store where I was waiting was to close. No other option to get the spare keys from home. Aki answered the phone, and unlocked the car.
Other locksmiths were closed on a Sunday. They didn't even answer their emergency phone numbers or return messages. But Aki did answer. Prompt service.
What I was waiting for through insurance and for two hours before realizing they failed me, Aki accomplished in 30 minutes. Prompt, friendly, professional, reasonable price.
I got in my car and safely home.
