We contacted uship to move our truck from one state to another (1200 miles aprox). We requested to be notified prior to pick up and delivery, which we weren’t notified about pick up, these people just showed up. Had to call dispatch and the woman said she was on vacation in the mountains in ny and gave us this company’s phone number. We called these people the next day and the guy refused to speak English!!! And because I speak Spanish the guy said they broke down in the pick up state. A couple of days went by and we called to know a date of drop off to make sure we were going to be home. No response from them. Then the driver said he would be dropping off in 1 hour. Almost 4 hours later and they showed up with the truck on a trailer that had a missing tire and broken tail lights! We weren’t home so my neighbor was there to tell them where to park the truck. The driver started texting us in ENGLISH go figure and asking for money. We told him we had already paid through uship. The driver threatened to take off with the truck if we didn’t pay him. We called uship and uship asked for the code for the funds (which I checked my bank and it had already been charged at time of booking). We got home later that day and these people changed the whole ignition on a 1994 truck and we have no keys to lock/ open the truck. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS!!!
