By far the worst shipping experience I have ever had. Car was not delivered to the address I gave, it was dropped a mile away. I was told the driver would drive my car to my house and I had to drive him back however I waited over an hour. I called and they told me I need to relax they have a lot of cars to move on the trailer. I went to the truck to see what the hold up was and they were messing with the door lock with a screw driver I asked him what he was doing and he said the keys were locked inside and a locksmith was on its way. I asked what he was doing with the lock and he claimed to not know English.

Had these guys ship our beautiful, clean Lexus. Had to drive 20min to pick it up and found black fingerprints all over our vehicle. Disgusting.
