This is the most shady company I have ever seen. They came to take my car because of a miscommunication with a bank and them. They did not communicate within each other and I had made payment... my account balance was paid off. I showed them proof that I had completed payment and they still took my car stating I could just go pick up the car once they clear it with the bank. I thought it was no big deal I just had to discuss with the bank how that happened even I didn't owe anything. The bank cleared me and now I ended with a $900 bill. I explained to the tow company the car should've never been taken as it was a mistake and a misunderstanding from the bank and them yet they still forced me to pay $900 to get my car back. The location is in the middle of nowhere and their office is only though a window where you stand outside... super shady! They girl in the front desk at the window didn't even want to have eye contact when I would speak to her. They took my money even when they knew I didn't owe anything to the loan. They may make a living stealing from people, but I will do everything I can to bring this to justice. I have now spoken to the Florida department of regulations and they were not supposed to take my car if I had shown them proof they should have verified with the bank the moment I showed proof. I am filing a complaint with them and they will now have to face the consequences. Hopefully, they won't get to steal anyones money this way ever again!
