This company is GREAT, the shipping was very fast and the pricing was really cheap. My car came in great condition! The driver was very nice and polite.

This company and the truckers they source are a SCAM! I've shipped my car multiple times across various states in the USA and never have I experienced such terrible service and delivery as I did with Montway and ABC EZ Transportation LLC.
For starters, ABC EZ Transportation is the actual worst. The drivers communication skills are not good at all. He did not inform of when/what time my car would be picked up or delivered. I had to call or text to get basic status updates. The delivery was actually very fast. My car was delivered to its destination 2 days are pick up. However it was delivered at after 12 am in the morning! To top it off, it was not returned in the condition I gave it to the driver.
I filled a claim with Montway as my car was not returned to me in the condition that I gave it to the driver during pick up and it took over 1 week and multiple outreaches to the customer service team before anyone responded to my claim or gave me an update. The driver/owner of ABC EZ Transportation was very rude and insulting when I called to inquire about the damage done to my car. I filed a claim with Montway only for them to ignore my claim for over a week (most likely only received a response because I called everyday in that 8 day time span). The woman assigned to my case closed it without resolution before I was done sharing my concerns or coming to reconciliation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BROKER OR SHIPPER!!! Terrible. Save your money and time for another company!
