Driver was due to pickup my vehicle for onward transportation this morning to new owner. Showed up unannounced at 10 pm last evening and car had to be loaded in the dark! No documentation left with me - maybe this driver did not want to give me the opportunity to question all the all fictitious scratch marks he identified on this car by not providing me with the bill of lading nor the opportunity to sign off. This man is a disgrace representing your company, could not speak English and deserves to be removed from your approved drivers list immediately. I prepare Jaguars for concours events and I’m a certified judge, so his night-time assessments with some little headlamp is totally unacceptable to me. Timax is a disgrace!
