They towed my subaru STI, which I told them was all wheel drive and they confirmed. They towed my vehicle with 2 wheels on the ground which screwed up the differential and transfer case. When I called I asked to speak to a manager and they said they would talk to the owner about it. It's been 2 weeks and they stopped answering my calls. These people will be sued and don't ever get a tow from them.

Called to have my car towed to a service station for repair. They were given make, model, color of car, license plate # and addres it was at. Instead they towed my neighbor's vehicle on a different street around the corner. It was similar make and model but different color, license (obviously) and at wrong address. They were able to get neighbor's car back to her and my car towed later that evening when the problem was discovered but service station was closed at this point. Vehicle was left parked outside service station with keys in vehicle overnight. Service station called the next day and stated they could not find the vehicle. Eventually vehicle was found, but keys couldn't be located. When I called to request a refund, I was yelled at me, told I had some audacity after all they did to correct the situation, that it was my fault for not telling them I had a neighbor with a similar vehicle, and then they hung up on me.
