This transporter signed a rate contract, picked up my customers car, then held it and demanded an additional $200. When we refused they cancelled the contract and contacted my customer directly to obtain the higher amount. They moved the car to an undisclosed location and will not release so we are filing a stolen vehicle report with their insurance, the Tacoma PD and the FMCSA.
