I made a call to a google towing company because I need a tow tomorrow morning. No one answered my call but then I got a text from a random number that ended up being N & J Towing LLC. Here is the convo
NJT: You need a tow truck
Me: Is that a question? Because if so, yes I do. Who is this?
NJT: What's your location
Me: Who is this?
NJT: Tow Truck
Me: Idk who you are or who you are with but this is the opposite of professional
NJT: Bye
That concludes the very shady, unprofessional, and just overall weird text conversation I got from someone at N & J Towing today. I am a good-paying client who would have been happy to give them repeat business if they did the very simple job I needed done and acted practiced any kind of respect for their clients. Who would want to work with someone who texts you and won't tell you their name or what company they represent. Great way to run a business lol smh
