Just had to watch the driver serve and honk through light traffic as he was hauling a vehicle at around 90 mph. This guy nearly side swiped 5 different vehicles in the 5 miles I was behind him before he exited the freeway in redlands. When I finally caught up to him to get vehicle information, he appeared to be tweaking out and having some kind of fit. The dude needs help and the truck needs to be grounded.
