I went through a third party and they hired IBM. Drop off was no problem. Communication was easy. The day they dropped off my car, I had another car that needed to be ship back to the east coast. The gentleman I spoke to for pricing tried to make it seem like I was getting a deal with him. I told him what he quoted me is the same I got from the third party that hired them to drop off my car. We agreed on a price. Car was supposed to arrived on estimated date.They were 3 days late on the said delivery date. The driver made several drop off time/appointment but never showed up. We had to call numerous time to get the car. When I called to asked why is the car taking so long for it to be dropped off. I got a bs answer and was told I should be grateful that they shipped my car.

Abdurahmon Rajabov was my driver who picked up my car in Glendale AZ and delivered my car in NY. He was an exceptional driver. Took care of my vehicle and was very responsive with messaging back if I had any questions. Thank you!

They explained how the industry worked , which helped me make a better informed decision. They assigned the carrier the same day I booked and the carrier was on time . Driver was a gentleman and I had no issues. Would recommend any time.
