Marcus, and another employee who happened to be on another call at the lot, did a fantastic job in getting my car off the curb on an island in a parking lot . It took awhile but they were being careful not to damage the car. They were pleasant the whole time it took to do the job. If these guys are examples of the type of employees that work for United Towing. You can’t go wrong in using their services.

I am incredibly impressed with this tow service and with the man, Sylvester, sent to help me and my daughter whose car wouldn’t start. He arrived in less than 1/2 the time cited by AAA, was very kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything as he went, his diagnosis and what it would likely cost to fix. Within 2 minutes, he diagnosed my Acura 2009 TSX with a bad alternator, was getting my car into his flatbed, and offered that I did not need to accompany him to Firestone where he said he would drop the car, fill out the paperwork, and drop it and the key in the drop box. What a relief this was as I was sure I’d be spending far more time in that parking lot that I had to. He treated us, total strangers, with a rare type of respectful kindness that is in far too short of supply in our world. Please give this man a raise or any accolades offered by United to reward a job done to the highest standards.

I have AAA and they used your towing company twice this month concerning my Buick Regal which was much in need of help. I can not find enough words to say how impressed I was with the ease of the process, the kindness and professionalism of the the men involved. The first man was Blade and the second man was Brian. Kudos to all from a customer who was positively and thoroughly impressed with AAA and United Towing. Good work!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with United Towing and Transport. My tire went completely flat on a highway exit ramp during a heavy rain storm and rush hour. In spite of that, the driver (X-ray) got to me in less than 30 minutes. He was able to quickly assess the situation, and we both agreed my car needed to be towed. We arrived at my preferred dealership, where he was able to skillfully and safely back my car into a parking spot in the repairs section. Having a flat tire in these circumstances could have been a bad situation, but thanks to United Towing and X-ray, things turned out really well. Thank you all so much for your kindness, great service, and great driving skills!

Jaden Bobo showed up at my location within minutes. He first tested my battery to see if it would hold a charge. I was trying to start it but no luck. Jaden asked me to let him try. And it started. Jaden was super fast and courteous. Thank you United Towing and Transport STL for sending such a wonderful worker to represent your company!

Late one night, our car wouldn't start while out on the town. I called AAA and United Towing was dispatched. Their tech, JOHN CALDERA, was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. He tried everything he could to get the car started but, though no fault of his own, it wouldn't start so we had to have it towed. The car was extremely hard to be put into neutral but John got it done and towed the car to our preferred shop. We appreciate John's work ethic and knowledge. If you have car trouble, call United Towing and ask for JOHN CALDERA!

I have a AAA membership, and this was the company to arrive. My car was stuck in the snow, December 2022, the driver still proceeded to try and drive my car onto the flat bed. He got about halfway up, and couldn’t go anymore, I have a performance car, so my wheels spin quickly and very strongly. He put the car in reverse, and had to have floored it. The car reversed so quickly off the flatbed into the curb. It’s scraped my rear diffuser And bumper. The driver also incorrectly removed my tow hitch cover, they had to of used a screwdriver or something because there were scrapes all over the front bumper. Then they proceeded to break the tow hitch cover off of the bumper, so that is missing. I’ve been trying to get in contact with this company. I have called several numbers that are listed for it that I could find online and AAA provided me, but I have not gotten in contact with anybody. I sent an email to the one and only email I’ve seen online. I am currently going through AAA’s side for the damage complaint. If someone from this company sees this, please reach out to me.

Incredibly professional. Two guys came initially and were super helpful but my car needed a flat bed instead of a standard tow, so they promptly got one on the way. The flat bed truck driver (Trey - supervisor) was very generous with all of his knowledge and got me fixed up at a car shop with reasonable prices close to home. So thankful for his hard work, honesty and assistance

I had a flat tire yesterday and placed a call to Triple AAA. Fortunately, an Extremely Courteous, Kind, Prompt and Professional individual by the name: KEITH THOMAS, came to my aide. Keith is a very hard worker and has a keen eye for attention to detail which in his line of work, is very important to the customer to ensure all imperative safety precautions are met while engaging different situations and scenarios that are vital to the success of the customers interactions with the company. I really don't write to many reviews but, I felt compelled to give Keith Thomas this special shout out in hopes that he would receive the proper recognition from United Towing and Transport located off Page Blvd. in Saint Louis MO. I went sliding into a curb while trying to take a curve too fast in the rain and Trey (Romeo) & another gentleman he was with (I believe he was training) were already there helping another lady who did the same thing. They made my crappy situation the best case scenario. He came over to my car and checked it out. I was appreciative that they even were able to help me, since they weren’t really there for me. He had the knowledge to tell me it was ok to drive but just needed a tire change. & He did that for me. & super fast too. I was so fortunate because my husband is super sick & wasn’t able to come get me. & i needed my car to go pick up my daughter from daycare. I was mad at myself & disappointed in what i did & this sounds extreme but he was like a knight in armor or an angel who came to save the situation. He was super friendly and calmed me. I appreciate him so much & what he did for me. I was worried about getting my car off the of curb but he drove it back n forth to check it first then drove it down safely for me. & I made it home safely. I trusted his judgment and I’m so glad he took great care of me as an unexpected customer. A great guy. Trey deserves recognition & a raise.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! ONE OF THE DRIVERS BACKED INTO MY CAR TODAY PICKING UP A TOW AND LET THE TOW TRUCK AND THE CAR TOWED PLOW INTO THE FRONT OF MY PARKED CAR AND THEN LIED ABOUT HITTING MY CAR. IF IT WEREN'T FOR WITNESSES AT A COFFEE SHOP ON CLAYTON ROAD WHO INFORMED ME WHAT HAPPENED I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN. HE WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME HIS DRIVERS LICENSE, INSURANCE CARD, NOTHING! I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO FILE A REPORT, BUT HE DAMAGED THE FRONT OF MY CAR AND LIED ABOUT THE ENTIRE INCIDENT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
