This is the worst company I have ever encountered. Nothing I was told was a truth. Did not pick up my car on the day promised. Promised to deliver by a Friday. Then all the excuses started coming. Driver is delayed, can you meet the truck in a different state (6 hours of driving time for me). Finally the delivery arrives 4 days late from the promised date and at 10:15 at night. I could not even inspect the car in the dark. This company should be avoided at all cost. I originally was told the cost would be $775 but in the end I had to pay $975 - the gun was to my head. NEVER use this company - run away as fast as you can. I would be giving them 0 stars but the form will not let me.

We recently used this company to transport two vehicles from California to Texas. My Chevy Camaro SS has scratches on the back bumper and the company refuses to accept responsibility, even though we have photo proof that the driver himself took at pick up and delivery. I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service we received from, Nino, and lack of professionalism. When we received the car, it was covered in dirt and oil. It appears that the car above mine had an oil leak. When we brought this to the driver’s attention, he simply said “oh, that’ll wash off.” Unfortunately, at the time of delivery we did not see the scratches because he backed the car up to the garage door (the scratches are low on the bumper), and the car was filthy. We immediately took the car to the car wash, and arrived home within 45 minutes and that’s when we spotted the damage. We called American Storks within 1 hour of delivery, and were shocked by the disrespectful treatment from Nino. She immediately started offering scenarios suggesting that we damaged our own vehicle, and claiming that the damage was already there. She referenced every note of damage that driver made upon pick-up, trying desperately to avoid responsibility, even when there was no comment about any existing damage to the rear bumper. Nino spent 20 minutes arguing with us, without the willingness to look at the photos of the damage. I am shocked by her complete denial of any incident, without the decency to hear the customer and ask for proof. At this point, I’m less upset about the damage to my vehicle and more upset about their unethical business practices. I would love to attach photo proof to this review, but don’t have the option.
